My Approach
Our session together is a sensory experience. Through heart centered touch, intuitive knowing, and guidance from your body, our session flows towards releasing held muscular and energy blocks.
The body's intelligence fascinates me in the way it catches my attention to areas otherwise shrouded with emotional and/or physical trauma. My work is skillfully specialized in addressing the discomforts of sciatic pain, frozen shoulder, migraines and plantar fasciitis to name a few to unwind
